Our local garden railway club sponsored a tour of their members' layouts today. My daughter is obsessed with trains, so we took the opportunity to check it out. Some of the layouts were very elaborate, with waterfalls, tunnels, trestle bridges, etc. One guy even had engines that run on steam (instead of electricity like most do). It was a lot of fun and now we want one in our back yard too.
